• Lead the community mobilization and engagement including traditional leaders, women group, and youth to seek their buy-in of the project. • To create a feedback mechanism in the community on the REACH project and IRC activities and to promote accountability to the most affected communities. • Support the communities on problem identification and development of the community action plan and monitor monthly. • Training partners on the community engagement tools (Community action plan, monitoring and assessment) • Build own capacity on the PDIA approach, process, and tools (capacity strengthening will be provided by the Governance and Rights Technical Advisor) • Maintain a good relationship with partners at the Payam, boma, and County levels. Organized community feedback and response sessions, and managed suggestion boxes.

• Develop and implement peace-building and reconciliation project activities at the community level and ensure the project remains responsive to the communities and the IRC partner staff at the field level. • In coordination with other peace partners, organize community peace dialogue, conferences, and sessions. • Provide technical support for the development, implementation, and monitoring of peacebuilding/dialogue/mediation, conflict/dispute resolution, and customary law review activities in project implementation areas. • Facilitate community development framework (CPDF) workshop to develop peace implementation (PIP) • Work closely with peace committees and partner organizations on programs/projects. • Coordinate with local leaders, organizations, and stakeholders to identify conflict triggers and develop strategies for conflict resolution. • Coordinate and participate in the area reference group (ARG) quarterly meeting, plan and implement joint peace dialogue, conference, and training.
