- As young as I was at the time of my employment at the company, leading a team of employees older than me was a bit tricky since it was my first time at that which all turned out for the best regardless of my age thanks to my social skills and good judgement which made it much easier for me to relate with my coworkers and be able to earn their trust and respect. Also Rwanda being a new country for me to work in was a little tough in the beginning since I wasn't familiar with anyone there but things got better with time. There was a lot of pressure as far as work was concerned (which is always expected in the design field) and this came in with it's pros and cons. In summary; putting my skills to the test and moving out my comfort zone is one of the things I have always loved doing because it lets you know what you are actually capable of.
