  • in Coordination with members and partners, I develop plans of actions that promote, improved GBV prevention and enhance response mechanisms e.g., I trained 20 partners participants on GBV case management and cases referral. I work with partners periodically conduct service mapping, develop and update Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) on GBV identification and referral. Set meeting agendas based on priority issues, circulate minutes for meetings in timely fashion, and ensure follow through on action points and advocacy items. I work in collaboration with the ministry of Gender, Child and social welfare to convene and chair the monthly meetings and share minutes with other GBV AOR members and the national Level GBV AOR. I gave psychosocial first aid to 30 women in our friendly space.

  • I interview 250 respondents in Kuajok hospital, before the interview, we first gave GBV sessions and continuous with the interview. this was done through Focus Group Discussion, Key formal interview and direct observations.

I also have computer skills specially 365 app which the one am using currently in the office where am working. Management skills where I worked in different institutions some years back. project implementation skills and team work.
