- I support the team with supervision through out all the facilities and I make sure that my Financial reports is being send to donor monthly as per the donor's guideline and that make me to given at least 60% based in Juba and 40% in the Field Leer according to my best financial reports since my professionalism is Finance and indeed I also work as Field Human Resources and advertised the field positions and I follow the procedures of recruitment as per our HR manual. In fact I worked as an HR during my time at Kenya Commercial Ban in Malakal as Branch Human Resources Officer and that promoted my career as well in the Operations and Human Resources guidelines. I worked as Overall Finance Officer under Nutrition Department at Nile Hope and that promote my skills in Finance area and Administrative areas as well. I went under online training with Humanitarian Learning Academy and I required knowledge that will determine my capability to work with International Organization such ICRC and I will be happy if I will be given that chance to exercise my work experience with ICRC at the field level.

I went through Customer Care training at Kenya Commercial Bank and that came through my best performance during the key cores values evaluation through Head Office and I was nominated as ones of the best KCB chosen staff in the Country. I was the only staff that was trained with quickpay at the Branch level and only the staff that recommended by Branch and Head Office to be on charged for the newly installed system quickpay at Malakal Branch. I was nominated as the best customer Care consultant after reviewed of the Customers Bank comments and I was rate as the best staff with perfect costumer care service.
